About IAP

Since the mid-1990s, our management team has
been managing projects for governmental entities.

In 2004, we were certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with the state of Ohio. In 2015, we were awarded the exclusive state contract for third party administration (TPA) and facilities and construction-related projects. All state agencies and local co-operative purchasing members through Ohio Department of Administrative Services are eligible to utilize this state contract.

The state contract is a turnkey solution to managing your facility and construction projects from inception to completion. Our TPA program eliminates the high costs and challenges of managing construction projects of varying sizes and their related paperwork.

We have a competitive bid management system for prequalified, vetted contractors. We offer consolidated invoicing and executive and operational reporting as well as written defined scopes and estimates.

Our focus will be on honesty and integrity to warrant the trust, respect, and loyalty of the clients that we are privileged to serve.
