IAP managed the removal and replacement of all twelve 7.5-ton Trane condensing units and their associated components. Any walls impacted by the replacement were restored to pre-construction conditions.

IAP coordinated the replacement the previous gas fired boiler with two tandem gas fired boilers. We ensured the building’s HVAC controls were retrofitted from pneumatic to digital to allow for a supervisor control panel.
